The messaging program consists of appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling notifications. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at gm@marchandinstitute.org. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on communication needs.
